1. Before aspirating the sample, draw about 1 ml of air into the syringe. This minimizes liquid retention.
2. Following the 1ml air, draw the sample into the syringe. Take it upside down and clean the  residue on the tip.
3. Use the luer connector to connect the syringe to the syringe filter and ensure it is sealed well.  
4.First inject the filtered solution into a vial and draw air into the syringe. Then reinstall the syringe filter, and filter out residual sample by depressing the plunger. This allows for sample recovery.
5. Note: Use a syringe with a volume of less than 10 mL with caution. Because it is easy to generate enough pressure to burst the syringe filter. Disposable consumables, not recommended for reuse.
